“Our approach challenges the status quo in the legal industry”

How are your customers’ needs evolving?

Our global presence allows us to provide nuanced, situation-specific and clearly business-oriented advice. One of the biggest challenges we face is the complexity of the issues, due to their global and cross-border nature. ESG requirements are now the norm and we closely follow all new regulations and best practices. We regularly inform our clients of upcoming legislative changes that may affect their business. Our in-depth knowledge of the market allows us to take a proactive and open approach. At the same time, we pay particular attention to cost effectiveness and assure our clients that their transactions will be handled by the right people and on time. Taking these elements into account enables us to provide value-added legal services and business solutions.

How do you see your company evolving in the next 5 years?

Dentons’ approach to providing legal services is unique to us. Every day we connect our people, our clients and our communities. We listen to our clients as we enter this new decade with our own way of working (not just because of technology, geopolitical risk and climate change). Our Luxembourg office speaks the language of our clients and the new generation of employees. We are practising law, capitalising on new technologies and talent management approaches, to better serve our clients. Over the next five years, we aim to achieve controlled organic growth in terms of size and practice, which will put us on a par with the four or five largest players in the market.
