 Can you provide a brief description of your company?

Les Roses opened its doors in 1986, three years after the inauguration of CASINO 2OOO, to delight its first guests. Since then, this iconic restaurant has welcomed renowned chefs, and today, it is François Jagut who leads the kitchen. But the evolution doesn’t stop there: the restaurant itself has undergone a major transformation. Inspired by Monet’s famous gardens in Giverny, the restaurant’s new design bears the signature of the Franco-Luxembourgish architectural firm led by Elodie Lenoir. The room, with its impressive bay window, has been entirely reimagined with a winter garden ambiance. Three keywords define this new look: natural, wooded, and botanical. Everything has been designed to be in tune with the times, highlighting natural materials. François Jagut, originally from Brittany, offers contemporary cuisine inspired by the seasons. The menu is regularly refreshed, with dishes paying tribute to French cuisine while embracing his original influences. His dishes play with the codes of gastronomy and various pairings, such as langoustines or line-caught sea bass, as well as botanical elements and veal variations. The desserts follow suit, with a focus on chocolate and seasonal fruits.
