Daniel Stoica, CEO of RMT Labs, outlines how his Luxembourg-based AI company is revolutionizing global recruitment through advanced, regulation-ready language models. He highlights the ecosystem’s role in supporting growth and shares bold plans for international expansion.
Can you present your company in a few words?
RMT Labs is a Luxembourg-based AI company redefining how the world hires. We are developing an interactive AI recruitment platform powered by a proprietary, regulation-ready large language model built specifically for recruitment. Our platform addresses inefficiencies in the hiring process by dramatically reducing time-to-hire, enhancing candidate experience, and eliminating bias through sophisticated automation and data-driven insights. We serve both recruiters and candidates with tailored AI assistants that provide transparent, compliant, and cost-effective solutions, enabling smarter hiring decisions. With an active presence in 10 countries and strategic partnerships with LuxProvide and LIST, we combine deep recruitment expertise with state-of-the-art technology to lead the next generation of hiring. Our innovative approach revolutionizes talent acquisition, setting new standards for fairness and efficiency while helping organizations secure top talent and drive business success globally. We are committed to continuous improvement and impact.
How can Luxembourg’s ecosystem help you grow?
Luxembourg offers an ideal environment for the growth and innovation of RMT Labs. The company benefits from strong public support, including RDI grants from the government and a grant from Microsoft, ensuring robust funding. Access to Meluxina, one of Europe’s most powerful supercomputers, and partnerships with LIST and LuxProvide accelerate R&D efforts. Operating from the Luxembourg City Incubator connects us to a dynamic startup community, while our memberships in Romlux, Pulse, and FEDIL provide valuable connections. Luxembourg’s favorable regulations for businesses, its diverse talent pool, and central European location make it an ideal location for rapid expansion. This ecosystem enables RMT Labs to develop ethical, compliance-ready AI solutions and grow globally with a solid foundation rooted in trust and innovation.
“We serve both recruiters and candidates with tailored AI assistants.”
How do you see your company evolving in the next 2 years?
Over the next two years, RMT Labs aims to become a global leader in AI-driven recruitment software. By the end of this year, we will launch our services and products across the rest of the European Union and North America, focusing on brand awareness and scaling our business-to-consumer offerings. We will finalize our proprietary large language model for recruitment and release more than 100 AI assistants tailored for both candidates and recruiters. These tools will have a major impact on the overall recruitment experience, eliminate redundant tasks, and reduce the time to hire by over 50%. Additionally, we plan to expand our team by bringing on skilled AI developers and doubling the number of employees we hire in Luxembourg. Our commitment to developing advanced AI models will continue, and we aim to release a generalist hybrid large language model before the end of 2027.
