Isabelle Lebbe and Anne Oberlé: Customised to meet your needs

Arendt Institute has successfully positioned itself on Luxembourg’s training landscape.  What are the keys to your success?

IL: Our first  years of existence have proved extremely successful. With our ‘calendar’ courses, we provide fully customised courses to major players within the financial centre and the feedback is excellent. In fact, we carefully adapt ourselves, not only to participants’ and stakeholders’ expectations, but also to the context in which our clients operate, in particular by dealing with to questions or specific issues before the training sessions. This is a 100 % custom-made solution!

Who are your training sessions aimed at?

AO: Our target group is broad and includes high level executives, legal experts, risk or compliance managers and many other operational players. We are, for example, often asked to train board members on newsworthy, strategic topics. We then create an à la carte programme adapted to their constraints, enabling them to become quickly operational on complex topics in a short period of time.

Does Arendt Institute have international exposure?

IL: Yes, of course! The international presence of Arendt & Medernach in New York, London, Moscow, Dubai and Hong Kong gives us wide exposure. In the case of clients based outside of Luxembourg, our experts often travel abroad or, if this is not possible, our foreign office stakeholders provide the training themselves. Should a solution not be found, we opt for a video conference. All these options enable us to satisfy all our international clients’ needs.
